But many businesses have struggled to quantify the value that these services can have on their operations and workflow.
Oxford Economics recently examined how mobility-specific applications of geospatial services are helping businesses boost their mobility operations. Respondents said they prioritized making operations, like the transportation of goods and delivery of products and services, more efficient (52%) and making it easier for customers to access what they need in the physical world (42%). The research found that organizations are using geospatial technologies to improve mobility solutions so they can create new customer experiences and improve internal operations.
